      Great summer internship experience

      Pros

      As a summer intern, I got to meet a lot of engaging people and work on projects that were relevant to my interests and background. My supervisors were encouraging, critical but helpful, kind, and showed an interest in teaching me about their department. I felt like the work I did there was advancing both department and company goals.

      Cons

      I wish there were more emphasis by the company on getting to know the other interns. We all had lunch together, but we had to set up our own activities outside of work. It would have been fun to do a few company intern events.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Talented people to work with at peer level. Large corporation so there are job opportunities in many different states/countries

      Cons

      Corporate has a lot of expectations but does not allow the resources to get things accomplished. Way too much red tape to get anything done efficiently.
