      Pros

      Solid core of capable teammates across all facets of the business. Fair compensation. Good balance of life/work. Viable annual goals and objectives.

      Cons

      Every job is in a silo (nobody does any more than what they are supposed to do). Limited chance for advancement and path is not well defined. Archaic information systems and draconian travel policies. Lack of definition in "Corporate Culture". The Medtronic sale which led to bloodletting on the Covidien side, not so much on the Medtronic side.
