Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are great, good quality and compliance culture. A forward thinking company, being part of Medtronic now looks to be more of the same with new opportunity for growth.
Cons
It is of course a corporate, world wide company and that comes with the procedures and rules that sometimes can be a little confining, especially for hourly employees. From my experience with the growth of the company over the last 16 years, it has gotten a little management top-heavy, but maybe I just notice that more working in a relatively small plant.
