      RMS was lead by an incompetent politically charged leadership team

      Pros

      It was a paycheck, but not much else good to say.

      Cons

      RMS was a very political and the senior leadership team was run like a high school clique where as an employee you were either "in" or you were "out". If you were out, your Senior Leader gunned for you and found a way for you to be removed. It was as simple as that. I saw a lot of really good people taken out for no good reason. Eventually I just left because I figured it would only be a matter of time.

      Long-term; good benefits; was a terrific company as Valleylab when the employees owned it (before it went corporate. Now headquarters is off-shore and employees are not valued

      Good pay, great products, strong sales

      Cons

      Poor mgt communication, weak senior leadership, tendency to drive people out of the organization. Laid off 9 directors for cost reductions, without merit.
