Very friendly staff, lax environment and managers, small property

Cons

Communication between managers and employee needs serious work, people are not on the same page and employees are given too much room for error/carelessness without guidance/discipline, basic lack of structure, hire carelessly (not enough/hire under false pretense for schedule availability/not enough people)
