-Friendly coworkers and environment. -Overall easy job most days, even when busy. -You have access to the hotel food if available for free -You are provided with employee discounts at any Marriott brach for you and family/friends.

Cons

-Pay is abysmal specially when compared to other hotels -Extremely slow growth within the company (if at all). -Management is the type to expect more out of you for no extra compensation. -You start off in afternoon only shifts. It is extremely hard to move to mornings. -No set schedule, expect to be off at random days each week (unless you are a manager or higher)
