      - great work/life balance - leadership trusts you to do your job no matter where you are located - feel value for what you bring to the table - as a company, always striving to do and be better for their customers and employees - transparency with employees (videos from CEO, trainings and lots of communications and internal trainings available)

      Cons

      - no raises this year - seemingly constant hiring freezes - fear of layoffs coming
