      Pros

      Some smart people who are mission driven to change agriculture. Interesting problems, data and business opportunities.

      Cons

      Years and years of politics. Very hierarchical. Age bias toward older people. Too much drama/politics to actually get things done efficiently. Not strong decision making. Poor use of data to drive decisions. Definitely not a tech company. Wouldn't recommend.
