      Pros

      salary is good and benefits are good to above standard. Current boss is good but I see other managers and they are horrible. like all jobs management is a crap shoot.

      Cons

      very hidden agenda by management at the upper levels and co-workers are working to keep it hidden as well. like they have some big secret.

      I am becoming an corteva employee from Dow chemical and I'm scared....I'm being forced into a high deductible insurance and I won't be able to afford the medical care that my family requires
