Money and incentives for over achieving are top draw

Cons

Changing of goal posts / out of touch senior management. Targets are getting unachievable in an industry that is only getting more and more saturated.

Pros

Benefits are great. The only thing the keeps people there...that and the friendships made. There are some wonderful people working there. Eventually those won't be enough though...

Cons

Certain management staff really do care and make you feel like your work counts. For the most part, you are always aware how replaceable you are. Upper management has no interest or investment in you. Raises are a joke. Work loads are often unrealistic. VP's cannot be trusted!!! It's a rumor mill just like high school, and management is just as bad as the regular employees.
