work from home, stay in home

Cons

they pay your salary divided in two payments every 15 days, they said they are going pay the taxes to percieve the full money in your bank account and is not , wasted 70 usd each time, also you have to do your own taxes (health and inssurance not banking related) in your country, 12 hour shift with 2 breaks of 15 min and 1 of 30 min , you have to advice even if you go to open the door of your own home, never had to say yes to this company, is better if you are from other countries but not good payment for latinamerica, also the contract was just for 1 client, ended up assisting like 4 or more without any training.

Pros

Remote work. Decent health benefits.

Cons

Disconnect between departments. Disconnect between upper management and mid/lower level management. Promise to pay business allowance and other benefits/bonuses in contract but failed to pay until brought to management attention; handled poorly with no back pay. Onboarding process was not organized. Applications used for every day work are glitchy and inefficient. Direction is unclear. Management is not distributed well. Salaries do not keep up with inflation by any stretch.
