Pros

The company was great! It was hybrid which allows you to work some days at home. Great medical benefits

Cons

The micromanaging and work horse atmosphere is stressful. They also do not value their employees ability to over perform. Metrics increase quarterly while compensation decreases every month.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Corpay. We are pleased that you appreciated the hybrid work environment and the medical benefits we offer. Flexibility and comprehensive health coverage are essential to our commitment to supporting our employees. We regret that you found the management style and work atmosphere challenging. Micromanagement and an overly demanding work environment do not align with the culture we aim to foster. Your feedback regarding the increasing metrics and declining compensation is concerning, and we are taking steps to evaluate how performance expectations and rewards are balanced to better recognize and support employees' efforts. We appreciate your insights and will use them to improve our practices. We are committed to making Corpay a positive and rewarding place to work for everyone, and your feedback is instrumental in this journey.

Shady practices

Pros

-Base pay is high -Okay benefits

Cons

-The president is a certified frat boy trying to relive the glory years -Their sales commissions are almost ALWAYS clawed back, so much to the point where they have held company sales town halls suggesting we "invest our commission checks into money markets so when they get recouped, we've at least made a few dollars off of it before its all paid back to the company" lol, cant make this stuff up -They genuinely do not care one iota about their customers. They implement shady practices to make the company more money and deliberately screw the customer over without any communication whatsoever. There is no way for the sales rep to save the deal because of this. They have eliminated basic and key components of the product to generate more money from the customer without them knowing. -Management is inept -Toxic environment where nothing that is preached is practiced -You will have to beg for bonuses and stock options that you were promised months/years ago. -The micromanaging is on another level. If you miss activity numbers, your manager will PiP you.

Corpay appreciates receiving feedback from current employees and is deeply concerned to hear about the negative experiences described by a current Sales Director. While it is good to know that the base pay is considered high and the benefits are satisfactory, the concerns are severe and require immediate attention. The description of management, particularly the president, and the reported issues with sales commissions being frequently clawed back are troubling. Corpay does not endorse or condone any practices that undermine the trust and financial stability of our employees. The suggestion to invest in commission checks to mitigate claw backs does not align with our values. The feedback about customer treatment and implementing practices that harm customer relationships is alarming. Corpay is unwavering in its commitment to ethical business practices and ensuring our customers' best possible service and transparency. These concerns will be addressed to uphold our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction, reinforcing our shared values. The reports of inept management, a toxic work environment, and unfulfilled promises regarding bonuses and stock options do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. We will investigate these claims and take necessary actions to improve the work culture and ensure promises made to employees are honored. Micromanagement is another significant issue raised. We recognize the importance of trust and autonomy for inexperienced sales professionals and will work to reduce unnecessary oversight while supporting our team's success. We deeply appreciate you bringing these critical issues to our attention. Your feedback is not only important but invaluable in helping us make the necessary changes to improve Corpay for all employees and customers. Thank you.
