Corpay Response
1yCorpay appreciates receiving feedback from current employees and is deeply concerned to hear about the negative experiences described by a current Sales Director.
While it is good to know that the base pay is considered high and the benefits are satisfactory, the concerns are severe and require immediate attention.
The description of management, particularly the president, and the reported issues with sales commissions being frequently clawed back are troubling. Corpay does not endorse or condone any practices that undermine the trust and financial stability of our employees. The suggestion to invest in commission checks to mitigate claw backs does not align with our values.
The feedback about customer treatment and implementing practices that harm customer relationships is alarming. Corpay is unwavering in its commitment to ethical business practices and ensuring our customers' best possible service and transparency. These concerns will be addressed to uphold our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction, reinforcing our shared values.
The reports of inept management, a toxic work environment, and unfulfilled promises regarding bonuses and stock options do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. We will investigate these claims and take necessary actions to improve the work culture and ensure promises made to employees are honored.
Micromanagement is another significant issue raised. We recognize the importance of trust and autonomy for inexperienced sales professionals and will work to reduce unnecessary oversight while supporting our team's success.
We deeply appreciate you bringing these critical issues to our attention. Your feedback is not only important but invaluable in helping us make the necessary changes to improve Corpay for all employees and customers. Thank you.
