Pros

Corpay has a tight-knit community of employees. I enjoyed getting to work with everyone on my team and the spirit of camaraderie among teams. Most individuals were kind, personable, and willing to help.

Cons

Corpay has a lot of technological integration barriers and outdated systems. M&A has brought a lot of change to the organization that can be difficult to combine with existing processes (even where they should be updated or replaced). Not everyone is committed to positive change and the work that requires.

sometimes spent a lot of time learning about a new product to have that product suddenly disappear within 2-3 months of learning it.
