Pros

decent PTO and health benefits

Cons

if you are looking for the long term, this is not the place. They hire when they need people and have lots of projects. But as soon as that slows down, employees will be laid off. Pay is lower than at other companies, and 401(k) is a joke. Not much growth opportunities.

Pros

Corpay has a tight-knit community of employees. I enjoyed getting to work with everyone on my team and the spirit of camaraderie among teams. Most individuals were kind, personable, and willing to help.

Cons

Corpay has a lot of technological integration barriers and outdated systems. M&A has brought a lot of change to the organization that can be difficult to combine with existing processes (even where they should be updated or replaced). Not everyone is committed to positive change and the work that requires.
