Pros

The people who work at Converse are really good people who are passionate about what they do. The employees are typically fairly young and provide fresh ideas and are willing to learn. Great discounts among all brands - Nike, Converse, Cole Haan, Hurley and Umbro.

Cons

Being owned by Nike, Converse has become more and more political which is disappointing. The company is getting larger and its easy to see these two companies uniting into one.

Pros - fellow employees are fun / interesting people - fairly nice benefits package - laid back office environment - all in all good on paper

Cons

Cons - very little opportunity for advancement - management doesn't seem to appreciate employees as must valuable asset - management has limited viewpoint, not open to new ideas - rhetoric takes precedence over integrity

Good employee discount at converse, nike, hurley, and cole haan. this was the only part i liked about the job

Cons

managament was not very good, poor scheduling ability. managers were very lazy and did not promote incentive to work hard. it sucked
