Pros

40% off regular price and clearance items. You get to "double dip" with sales, such as the buy 1 get one 50% off. The work environment isn't incredibly pressured, they just ask that you do your best. There isn't a flippin' "converse credit card" that you must sale. And the pay is really good for a retail job.

Cons

The only problem I have had is being called in on days off and scheduling, even that hasn't been a really big issue.

Pros

-The Nike discount you receive [Which covers Coal Haan, Nike, Umbra and Converse] is substantial. -The pay is usually above minimum wage

Cons

-They are very disorganized -Claim to be "free flowing" but are heavily restricted. -Trying to get anything from corporate is like trying to fit an elephant through a hoolahoop
