Enjoy giving back on community service day.

Cons

This company pays very low for extreme work loads and deadlines. Lots of turn over and lazy management that has lower end positions do all the work. Overtime is frowned upon so you are forced to do OT without pay. Service department is micromanaged by unprofessional and unqualified supervisors. Promotions are unlikely unless you are willing to be apart of the political game. Working from home when you are sick is advised in safety meetings but when requested, it is denied by your supervisor.

Not much mention… everybody knows it’s bad to work there but doesn’t have any other options

Cons

They company is very behind the times when it comes to just about everything. They will ask you to donate your PTO to colleagues you have never met. Managers are only concerned about hitting numbers. You can lay out a number of different problems and reasons for not hitting numbers, they will do nothing to help. Everyone is overworked and extremely underpaid.

Toxic Leadership V&Bs went by the wayside, unfortunate. All about the $. Hard to get a promotion unless you sell yourself and write it up yourself No mentorship lots of HS drama and clicks, if you are not a "yes man" you do not succeed If you are inadequate at your job you get rewarded. Leadership doesn't lead, they only surface lead
