Pay check, exposure to the most chaotic organization.

Cons

Poor management, sales driven, poor customer service, employer 401K match is retracted 100% for employment less than 5 years.

Pros

Great culture, Great Colleagues, Great Opportunity, & Great Family Environment.

Cons

My branch specific con - Communication, accountability, and lack of ownership, and training is non-existent. Constant people not following through with customers after commitments and promises are made. Internally, the meetings always end warm and fuzzy with a "plan", and then no body truly follows through with the discussed plan moving forward.

Pros

Convergint lives their Values & Beliefs and recognize their growth/success through it. It is a great company to work for with opportunities participate in the growth engine.

Cons

Sometimes the balance between the small company approach and the big company size are not met. This is a good problem to have, but sometimes it creates inefficiencies as we grow and scale.
