This org is a perfect example of a case of disastrous management, extremely incompetent senior resources. People here are brutally under utilized due to which they fall into the trap of comfort zone. Top management has absolutely no clue or they are not interested to know what lower level employees are doing. Especially people sitting in grade 11, they are adding zero value to the organization. They are like virus to this company who are capable of demotivating the most energetic person. Unfortunately there is no anti-virus for this and these guys will only leave if conti closes. Kindly do not join this organization if you have some life/joy to work.

In 2023 VdoFleet in Smart Mobility is one of the horrible place to work. This place is worst than indian service industry. Its not going to change in near future. * If you are into Java Cloud stack avoid this place like a plague. You will make one of the worst decision in life. * Do not get confused with good reviews from hardware side. If your domain is core of the automotive industry and working in embedded C, C++, matlab. Its a good place to work. * If you resign they ask you to come for 5 days a week. policy changes for you all of a sudden & this is mindset of managers. * None of their product is generating revenue, mainly because of horrible managers and management. * All good ones left 2 years back. This place is plagued with politics, preferential treatment to close employees, not trustworthy managers. I was the opinion indian service industry is worst this place is worst than any service industry you can think off. * Managers here are so cunning they plan their move 3 months ahead if they want to manipulate any of their team members. * None of the onsite folks in france wants to work with indian team members some fight others just walk away.
