Just a foot in the door

Pros

Good co-workers A foot in the door type of job, meaning its for you to start out on the phones to later go and find another job that treats and pays you better since you'll have to jump through burning hoops in space to get a raise or promotion, and even when you do, it is not much at all.

Cons

Training is terrible Management treats the employees like they a sheep and easily replaceable Management positions or higher positions feels like it requires to be friends with senior management. Terrible raise/cost of living pay increases I have literally been told not to expect earning raises for any reason, as the job was just "a foot in the door" by management.

Pros

Management is not micromanaged in their daily job duties. The pay is decent. Benefits are ok, but not competitive in the job market. Several job opportunities available in the company.

Cons

Difficult to obtain promotions without knowing the right people. Probably just my office, but male employees are often promoted over female employees regardless of experience or ability to perform the duties. Pay is not competitive for lower end employees.

Pros

There are not many pros but one pro one be being able to take off as many days as you need.

Cons

Promotions are taken away faster than they are given to people. It is like working in a high school because of all the drama. The upper management is very rude and disrespectful. People are fired at any moment if a manager stops liking you. Overtime is given to you without and heads up. The pay is never as they describe in training. Bonus are never given as promised There is a bed bug infestation that has never been taken care of
