      Work at home is possible.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. It is a shell of a company - there is no talent left and the company is selling vaporware in my opinion. Lack of understanding / ethics among remaining leadership. For example, they have hired tens of sales people at VP levels but they have nothing to sell. However, they don't lay them off. Questionable choice of leadership for certain lines of business, appear to be based on friendships rather than qualifications.

      you meet so great people there during tranning.

      Cons

      They don't treat everyone with fairness and they do have play favoritism. This company is a joke and the trainers talk down on you and have the worst attitudes.
