Seperate company gives more freedom to operate

Cons

Many, many good people have been quickly let go and restructured, without even a real discussion on planning. You can be squeezed our without any foresight in moments. Severance is horrible and company changed the policy to be be minimal weeks when separate from Xerox. While legal, very questionable ethics.

People are committed, loyal, professional and high quality. They deserve to be well treated. They also provide an excellent service to clients.

Cons

Senior management are inept and incompetent. They do not listen to people. They are also from narrow backgrounds and lack the ability to think outside of the box. They continue to make the same errors time after time. They also lack trust in staff. Credibility has disappeared.
