Management and company culture does not care about people. Employees are an interchangeable commodity. There is no humanity at this place. You can work hard, extra hours, go above and beyond, dazzle with your talent - and you are still nothing more than a number and a "cost" to the company. They will cut you just because they feel like it and without warning, and then call it a "RIF" whether it really is or not.
