Some good benefits if you can put up with all of the drama.

Cons

Culture of incompetence and corruption throughout the business. Bullying and racism is rife, senior management team are all white and turn a blind eye to racism. Poor Pay, front line staff not paid the living wage and use of zero hours contracts is revolting for company that makes billions. Negative work environment and constantly lie to staff and clients. Poorly trained and equipped staff. Breach healthy and safety rules on a regular basis

Great opportunities if you're lucky, well established company with a good reputation. Decent benefits package if you're more senior then customer-facing staff

Cons

The culture is very different from contract to contract, sector to sector. In some, employees are treated with respect and are given many opportunities to develop their career. In others, employees are forgotten, badly treated and never recognised
