Cons

Toxic Sales Culture, poor compensation, hourly staff represent 75% + of workforce and they receive lowest competitive wages in the industry

Pros

Hours, time off, work life balance was nice but not worth the politics and bs. If you know a higher up you are set.

Cons

Its sink or swim. They won't help you when needed but will reprimand you for failing to ask for help. Its ridiculous the amount of work put on one person. Management spends their day in the office chatting and playing games on their cell phone after arriving 4 hours after everyone else. Depending on your direct manager expect to work a lot with little to no recognition or assistance.p

Pros

The job was not terrible, I received adequate training and was not over whelmed. Work was pretty ease that the pay was worth it.

Cons

Not always consistent, some employees received verbal warnings while other employees were free to carry on doing things wrong.
