Treated Horribly. Management Awful
Pros
- it is a job- and working in a hospital led to me being able to get a job with the trust. - Basically only take a job with Compass, if you have no job and have no other job offers.
Cons
- Announce, or make people redundant regularly at Xmas- 2 years in a row. - Minimum for everything- minimium amount of annual leave, minimum pension, minimum wage. - No vouchers, or bonuses or any work incentive. - Very little job progression - Clearly anyone who has a management role has no clue what they're doing , spiteful and stupid. - I am not alone, there is such a bad turnover with staff. Everyone leaves. - They don't even hide the fact that all they care about is money, and saving as much as they can- hence why they treat staff so bad. - Pay is normally wrong- 'forgetting' to pay for overtime. - They usually calculate annual leave wrong when people leave. - they purposely put people on a low contract of hours like 16 a week, so they do an extra 30 hours of overtime, which means compass don't have to pay them the annual leave or pension for those hours. its despicable.
