Crap wages, poor manager, poor area manager, not enough staff for the amount of work, rude customer's, canteen area not big enough, kitchen not big enough, not enough storage, better til, no respect, no team work, no sick pay, more benefits for staff like help with bus travel, petrol, gym,

Pros

Great resources, they pay for licensure and and AND membership

Cons

They are dishonest about job duties/descriptions and expect their workers to do the job of 2-3 different people. They hire people for one job, provide a detailed job description that fits what they want you to believe and then complete bait and switch on you once you start working. They sell the "clients" on services that they cannot deliver on, resulting in unsafe care and the patients ultimately are who suffer. The environment was also super negative and awful.
