      Lack of communication and care for product quality

      My manager right above me was a great boss and very angry with everything as I am.

      Cons

      Severe lack of communication. Disorganized, lack of plan for new contract in company causing many to be laid off suddenly as well as many other issues due to lack of planning and such. Extreme payroll issues. Drop in product quality with rise in prices.

      Shift schedules were some what okay.

      Cons

      Terrible management and Sous Chefs, and Head Chefs that were extremely ignorant and rude. No communication between managers or staff. Favouritism among managers and certain staff members.
