Pros

I’ll report back when I think of any.

Cons

No training. No support. Poor benefits package. Contract work. Low pay for everyone. Unethical leadership. Leadership bullies and retaliates. Start up team is low quality. No recognition. Required to plan celebrations with very low to no budget. They claim to be a huge company, however they are large only because of the amount of service lines they have. Only one number for all services such as HR, Benefits, etc.

Pros

I worked this job a summer during pandemic for extra income. I didn't know there was a whole culture behind the food service industry. cliques and some drama, but always nice people to talk to. Weekends are a must, felt like I didn't have a life, this is people's social life.

Cons

some long term employees take advantage of newbies and leave them majority or work, get away with staying and chatting.
