      You have benefits through the union.

      Cons

      You will be working in a overload environment, your manager will be checking the cameras all the time to make sure you are working every minute. Different treatment for employees. Low wage and the benefit package is not good. You work in biological risk for low pay. The shift time doesn't match with all the duties they require.
