Pros

Big company, various benefits available Monday through Friday most accounts.

Cons

Not a clue on how to retain quality associates. Robotic tone from most upper management, all seem like they been in the company business, positions too long and have lost the meaning of HOSPITALITY towards associates, then the consumers. No appreciation for management who perform at high standards. Retention is not a huge concern. Overall just a plain job now. Far removed from the giant that Compass once was and people flocked to be apart of something great!

convenient, monday to friday office hours generally

Cons

consistent cut backs and senior management not aligned to the shop floor, all the issues we could see 2 years ago have now come to pass and we are behind the curve

Cons

Pays poorly, keeps adding on duties to roles to cut down on other roles. Very cheap company.
