      1. Summers off if you were okay with going on unemployment 2. Fully paid benefits - medical, dental, vision 3. Growth opportunities 4. Union job for regular emplpyees

      Cons

      1. Pay wasn't impressive for the labor required 2. Management is corporate so there is conflict within the environment 3. Treatment from certain stagg managers that was tolerated behavior by upper management
