      Pros

      A business that cares about it’s people and community. With the Burnsville, MN (legacy “Rosemount Sensors”) site being the largest private sector (not public schools) employer in the city, they speak regularly of the responsibility that brings. They are an eco conscious group working and committed to 90% recycling of all waste by end of 2020, and doing it in innovative ways! I’m proud to be a part of this team!

      Rapid growth has put some strain on the business. Hopefully it is “short term.”

      Pros

      Dynamic company, committed to excellence. takes pretty good care of their employees with benefits, and work life balance. Flex work schedule is available, but not implemented across the company, and up to the supervisor.

      Cons

      Lots of old timers and legacy employees. Pay is not the best. not sure about viability of Chula Vista site long term.
