Pros
A business that cares about it’s people and community. With the Burnsville, MN (legacy “Rosemount Sensors”) site being the largest private sector (not public schools) employer in the city, they speak regularly of the responsibility that brings. They are an eco conscious group working and committed to 90% recycling of all waste by end of 2020, and doing it in innovative ways! I’m proud to be a part of this team!
Cons
Rapid growth has put some strain on the business. Hopefully it is “short term.”
