Lots of opportunities to excel and so much going on make it easy to find a place to fit in and move around if you want/need to.

Cons

Lots of rules and red tape often makes it hard to do your job. Our physical office is in a pretty old building with no windows and you need safety glasses to go anywhere, even though I am a software engineer who works with a computer in a cube. Management seems to care a lot less about fairness to employees or things making sense following the merger.
