Management is basically like a family. I have personally seen them take care of their own when some pretty negative personal situations come up, like family members becoming ill or dieing, etc.

Cons

The average age of a Real Estate agent is something like 56 now....All of the obvious things that come along with that.

Pros

Worked at a great office - fun, friendly, and professional agents and manager. Regional headquarters had some great people, too. Rating is based on experience at local office and regional headquarters.

Cons

Office culture will vary from office to office, so not all offices are as welcoming as mine. Didn't like interacting with world headquarters. They're too far removed and slow to respond to local issues. Salary for staff are also not in keeping with national average.
