No love for part timers

Close to my current position, they said I could work part time.

Cons

I had to remind them to order my business cards, I had to remind them to get my RE license transferred to them. Took 3 weeks when they only had to go on line and make a couple of requests. Every time I call my Broker, he has his assistant call me back.

Great agents to work with and a very satisfactory fee structure for agents. Not necessa in all offices. Close knit agents very helpful to one another. At least one branch manager/broker is superb.

Cons

Low pay and inattentiveness to needs of employees. Upper management does not always keep promises to employees regarding promotion opportunities. Office wear and tear is not dealt with to ensure a pleasurable work environment.
