There are no pros to working here.

Cons

They tell agents what they can and can't do; this is my opinion makes them employers who should pay taxes, rather than hire supposedly "independent" contractors. There is no advantage to the client for being in a large name firm.

Provided ample opportunities to help the sales agents, one-on-ones. The people were great to work with. Offered opportunity to collaborate with other departments. Team mentality.

Cons

Leadership not clear on what was expected. Pay was not up to current levels. If you don't fit a certain mold you were pretty much invisible to leadership.
