Best manager ever, great team spirit and experienced agents. Huge corporation supplies advertisment, national and international exposure, well known brand name. Agents are well supported by administrative staff.

lacking reasonable outlook it'all good as long as our sales team selling current projects so they don't bother if selling commission drops over-time

Very friendly office environment, everyone seems to collaborate toward mutual benefit, management provides everything agents need when it comes to office infrastructure and support. Great company culture.

Cons

Some inertia in marketing, especially in training where it seems corporate encourages agents to embrace newest technologies and platforms but will not go so far as to provide complete training or service. Technology is also lagging. Together these are a weak spot that can be easily addressed.
