Pros
Very friendly office environment, everyone seems to collaborate toward mutual benefit, management provides everything agents need when it comes to office infrastructure and support. Great company culture.
Cons
Some inertia in marketing, especially in training where it seems corporate encourages agents to embrace newest technologies and platforms but will not go so far as to provide complete training or service. Technology is also lagging. Together these are a weak spot that can be easily addressed.
