      - best place to work in fashion industry - many sr level mentors - learn a lot about leadership - constant feedback

      Cons

      - basically, very hierarchical, - jobs are very narrowly defined - difficult to affect decisions - corp hq is in inconvenient location. no food options in area

      Pros

      Employee discount, decent benefits package, friendly people, monthly bonus for team making their goal, the company has a lot of growth potential but unwilling to pass their profits off onto the employees that make the company what it is.

      Cons

      little recognition for doing a good job, not a competitive offer for advancement, expect you to travel far for low paying positions, management is not competent in what they are doing or helpful to anyone looking to advance their career, very political as far as working your way up the ladder, many employees there for the wrong reason i.e. the discount, pop quizzes about product knowledge

      Better than other retailers, but still RETAIL

      Pros

      employee discounts, salary, environment. Can't really think of anything else. Money keeps you a slave to retail. You never leave.

      Cons

      no work life balance. Requred to work weekends even if payroll or sales does not merit all managers needing to work every weekend. Very strick "rules" and if you mess up or break one they will just as well let you go.
