      Pros

      Coach employees very smart and genuinely nice people. Senior management is aware of and involved in everything that goes on which is good because it makes you feel like your job and the projects you are working on, no matter how seemingly small, really do matter to the business as a whole. People are very good at giving you the tools and advice you need to be successful and it's a highly collaborative environment.

      Cons

      It's not really a con but prepared to work extremely hard if you are thinking about working at Coach. It's definitely a place where you can't just "survive" - you need to actually thrive if you want to succeed.

      Pros

      Bonus opportunity, professional growth opportunities. I assume the corporate side is better at family/work life balance than the retail side.

      Cons

      There is an enormous amount of stress at times; way more than to be expected for a retail position. Very strict guidelines.
