      Pros

      Coach has great product and stays on top of the latest trends. The people are extremely intelligent and you'll learn alot regarding different ways to manage and drive a business.

      Cons

      There's not alot of room for advancement. You would have to move to an entirely different job function to move ahead.

      Pros

      Very good sales training and very good commitment to customer service. Coach is definitely somewhere you feel proud to work for, just because the reputation is so good.

      Cons

      Extemely hard to get promoted into management. You have to have previous management experience. Instead of promoting someone from within their company they would rather hire someone with management experience at Starbucks. How does coffee have any relevance to handbags.. that I don't know.

      Pros

      When I go to work at Coach I do not feel stressed out throughout the day. The managers are understanding and accommodating.

      Cons

      The only disadvantage is the hours of operations at the mall locations. There are hours that drag and time passes slowly.
