Okay place to work if your boss doesn't mind bending a few ridiculous rules and outrageous policies.

Excellent pay and benefits. Generous discount.

Cons

Ludacris attendance policy that requires a manager to spend twenty to thirty minutes writing a warning for an employee who is late one minute punching in. Their HR policies waste a lot of time that could have been used to train people.

Great environment The people are awesome Not commission so it doesn't feel forced! If you love the product, it is super fun and easy to show customer Will work with your schedule

YOU WANT TO BUY EVERYTHING... you have to have great self control! Sometimes people will try and steal your sale--it isn't commission, but you still want to meet your goals.
