Constantly learning. Ever changing work environment. Great product. Opportunity to be surrounded by extremely smart individuals to learn from and be mentored by.

Cons

The only downside I find with working at Coach is the lack of work - life balance. There are long hours and I find myself working even when I leave the office.

Coach is a great place to work because everyone is so eager and friendly.

There are great benefits, you are paid a higher salary than most equivalent jobs, and there is a very professional atmosphere.

Cons

The store stays constantly busy. It is sometimes hard to keep track of new products. You must wear professional attire, and arestanding up all day.
