- great people - very good training program - great discount and profit sharing benefits - all employment information easily accessible online including paycheck stubs, W2s, availability requests, schedules - focus on customer service

Cons

- Profit sharing not available to employees who worked during the period when the benefit was earned but no longer employed with them when money is distributed - at times not enough employees to cover when someone gets sick (especially during holiday season) as everyone is already working their max

nice coworkers discount was good occasional bonuses were cool location was nice

Cons

low pay compared to similar companies boring job, very slow store sales formula was counterintuitive really hard to get any holidays off too much time standing on the floor alone by yourself
