      Pros

      Tight knit family of employees. The discounts and holiday bonuses are amazing. Working during the busy season really hones in on your attention to detail, relationships with customers and other workers, and how you do in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Drama comes with that closeness sometimes. Power trips every once in the while by the lower status managers but overall great teams

      Excellent Leather Goods! Friendly customers, Great discount on full price merchandise and excellent discount on deletes (product being shipped back to warehouse) Pay above standard but lowest in luxury retail circles.

      Cons

      All women staff. Contentious women, back-biting and incompetent managers, dinosaurs as sales staff, contentious women, no guidance or training, does not acknowledge those who are deservings, contentious women, overall dysfunctional. the only joy is the customer interaction.
