      Set up for failure, Hours cut, Do not work here

      Pros

      - Product knowledge training is great, and helpful -Great discount

      Cons

      -Management is terrible ( sends out associates on clock to starbucks.... expect to be sent if your new to the team to get drinks for all the managers) - Sales goals are set very high - Catty and pretentious atmosphere - Unprofessional attitude toward competitor brands ( Michael Kors) - Expectation to purchase from the brand off the back - Low pay, bonuses are achievable if the management likes you - If the main management decides they do not approve of you , they will cut your hours until you quit - No clothing allotment for uniform

      Pros

      -It was a good experience -Team based commission -fun people to work with -50 % off pretty much everything

      Cons

      -some of the employers are hard to work with and don't seem to be leaving since they are pretty much the best salesman (Woman). - It was very hard to be able to work eight hours on your feet, if you work here be prepared to go home with aching feet.

      -Good pay -Good life experiences -Good customer service skills Really did enjoy working with customers, good co-workers, all in all a good environment, except for the management (see below).

      Cons

      -Management No communication between managers until after the fact of the matter; managers continually played "games" with the associates, like creating something out of nothing, making people cry on the sales floor, being purposefully deceptive, etc.
