      Great company as a whole.

      Pros

      Company invests in their employees, and makes sure that everyone is rewarded.

      Cons

      At the store I work at there is a lot of miscommunication. The company is trying to change things for the better, but through this there are starting to be some bumps in the road. The other con is that we are not commission based, but it is starting to feel like we are with new sales goals we were told we "had" to meet.

      They tell everyone they will offer many opportunities for staff，and all we can see is there are more and more store have been opened in China

      Cons

      and then，we will find there is nothing for us，they will hired someone else for a high level job titil and tell they there is opportunity in future

      the atmosphere, benefits for self and dependents, extra rewards and incentives such as Team Share. The company was fun to work for and with the products.

      Cons

      long hours, and hard to get time off. Customers are sometimes not the friendliest and handling them is difficult sometimes.
